Pawnee Mental Health Services Announces Retirement

Prindaville Retirement 07182013 (1)Fred Prindaville, Ph.D. and Pat Prindaville, Ph.D. will retire from Pawnee Mental Health Services on July 31st after 35 years of service.  They earned their doctorate degrees in Clinical  Psychology from Syracuse University in 1977.  The Prindavilles joined the agency in 1978 and received their licenses as Ph.D. Psychologists in 1979.  They received their licenses as Clinical Addiction Counselors in 2011.

Over the years, the Prindavilles have provided outpatient psychotherapy, clinical consultation and supervision and psychological testing and evaluations for the agency.  They have worked in the satellite clinics served by the Concordia office. Dr. Fred Prindaville served as Director of the five county Western region for many years, as Outpatient Program Director of Pawnee’s ten county area for a time and most recently as Western Region Outpatient Supervisor.

The Prindavilles were honored at a luncheon hosted by Pawnee in Concordia on July 18. Pawnee’s Executive Director, Robbin Cole, thanked them for their years of service and dedication to Pawnee.  Ms. Cole said, “If Fred and Pat each met just two new clients, family members, or their associates each week, for 52 weeks a year, for 35 years – Fred and Pat’s life work has influenced, approximately 6,000 people across the five counties served in Pawnee’s Western Region.”
