Pawnee Mental Health Services has been awarded a $23,616 grant from the Topeka-based Sunflower Foundation: Health Care for Kansans to purchase and install a phone based emergency call system in our Concordia office.
Robbin Cole, Executive Director said, “This award will allow us to link our Concordia office in with our Manhattan and Junction City offices. It provides tools that will help us improve client, staff and public safety.”
The Sunflower Foundation, created in 2000, is a philanthropic organization with the mission to serve as a catalyst for improving the health of Kansans, which it supports through a program of grants, awards and related activities.
Pawnee Mental Health Services is a licensed community mental health center and licensed substance use treatment facility serving approximately 7,800 people annually.
