Information for Current Clients

Pawnee Mental Health is honored and grateful that you have selected our agency to provide you or your family member(s) with
mental health services.

To allow our clients the opportunity to continue to receive their mental health services during these times of uncertainity, we are offering services, in office, via the telephone and via tele-video. 


To receive services through the telephone or tele-video we are asking that all clients complete an online consent form.  Before completing the form you will need to obtain a specific code from a Pawnee staff member.  If you do not have a code please call your local Pawnee office.  If you have already received your access code, please follow the link.


If you need to change or add additional people or health provides with whom we can share information, please call your local Pawnee office to acquire an access code, then follow the link.

Discounts are available to individuals without health insurance and are offered based upon poverty federal guidelines.
