Ralph Diaz and Frank Schmeidler will make 6 guests feel like they are in Italy with this 5-course Italian meal, hosted at the home of Charlie and Anne Browne. This 5-course meal will be plated and served tableside to you and your guests. The menu includes ANTIPASTI (nibble board), PRIMI (pasta), SECONDI (meat), CONTORNI (vegetable/salad), and DOLCI (dessert). Don’t worry—delectable wine pairings will accompany the feast! Anne Browne will be the contact/coordinator. Date must be mutually scheduled.
