Medical Services FAQs

  • What medical services does Pawnee provide?

Pawnee’s medical team includes psychiatric providers and nurses who help with medication management, physical health screenings, and coordination of care to support your overall wellness and recovery.

  • How do I schedule or change a medication appointment?

You can schedule, change, or cancel an appointment by calling your local Pawnee office.

  • Do I have to be in therapy to receive medication management?

Not always. Your provider will talk with you about what services best meet your needs. Many people find that combining therapy and medication gives the best results, but your plan will be individualized.

  • How do I request a medication refill or ask a medical question?

For medication refills or general medical questions, call Pawnee’s main number at 785-587-4300, extension 340, and leave a detailed message for the Medical Team at MedLink. Messages are checked during business hours, and someone from the team will return your call.

  • What should I do if I’m out of medication or having an urgent concern?

If you have an urgent or emergent concern, contact Pawnee's Crisis Hotline at 1-800-609-2002 or go to your local Emergency Department.

*Please note that the Crisis Line cannot refill medications, but they can help you stay safe and connect you to the right level of care.
