How I Help:

As Client Account Manager at Pawnee Mental Health Services, I support both clients and staff by overseeing key administrative and financial processes that help ensure smooth access to care. My role includes managing client account relationships, coordinating revenue cycle operations, navigating insurance and authorization requirements, and maintaining compliance with CCBHC and payer standards. I work behind the scenes to help remove barriers, streamline processes, and support the delivery of quality behavioral health services across our organization.

My professional background is rooted in healthcare administration, medical billing, and operational management. I have extensive experience in medical claims processing, debt and collections reconciliation, referral and authorization coordination, and contract management. Throughout my career, I have focused on improving administrative systems and helping organizations operate efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service and compliance.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in History and a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies. My diverse educational and professional experiences have equipped me with a broad perspective and a strong foundation in problem-solving, leadership, and organizational management.

More About Me:

Before joining Pawnee Mental Health, I served as an Administrative Officer for the Surgical Services Line at Irwin Army Community Hospital. I also worked as a TRICARE Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinator, a Billing Technician with the Department of Veterans Affairs, and a VA Benefits Advisor. Prior to my healthcare administration career, I proudly served in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two dogs. In my free time, you'll often find me working out, reading, and continuing to learn new things both personally and professionally.
