Any person who feels that he or she, individually or as a member of any class of persons, on the basis of race, color, or national origin has been excluded from or denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination caused by the Pawnee Mental Health Services, may file a written complaint.

Ability to Pay Policy

It is our policy to provide essential services regardless of the client's ability to pay. Discounts are available to individuals without health insurance and are offered based upon federal poverty guidelines. To determine eligibility, clients are asked to provide proof of income and family size.  Payment plans are offered.
